Update via Help | Check For Updates. The installation is automatic if you do it this way.
Also, update these plugins:
- Adobe Reader via http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO
- Adobe Flash via http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
The versions you have installed at the moment are a security risk. See http://www.adobe.com/support/security/advisories/apsa11-02.html
