firefox keeps overriding my IP home page and i cant stop it no matter hom many times i set my home page back to my prefered choice how do i stop it being overridden?

after i installed the persona add on, my home page from virgin media keeps resetting to firefox start page and reloading persona home page, this is very annoying as i cant install new personas as it sets itself back to groovy blue which i havnt even asked for.

i even uninstalled firefox and re installed it and it still happens ive been running firefox for a while now with no problems

please help

When you uninstalled it seems you did not delete or mark option to remove all personal data and settings, thus the reason why when reinstalled it appeared again.
