How do I delete an unwanted toolbar? Not just hide, delete (fuze toolbar).

I want to remove a toolbar from my computer, a fuze toolbar that I already did a search of then removed it but it didn't work so I uninstalled the fuze software but it is still there...

If you mean the Vuze toolbar, try their forum http://forum.vuze.com/thread.jspa?messageID=185472 and you will see the uninstall discussions. From what I can see Vuze is where you got it and it is the ASK toolbar. Checkout these forums an you will see many answers to your problem.
