I downloaded and installed theVerizon toolbar, but it does not appear in my toolbar menu.

View > Toolbars - not there?

Does that toolbar appear in the Add-ons Manager > Extensions listing? Maybe at the bottom of the list as an incompatible extension and it is disabled?

From the keyboard - { Ctrl + Shft + A } and then click on Extensions on the left side of that tab.
