Why is my search window and home page showing "searchqu.com" instead of Firefox? Not sure how this happened.

Why am I not receiving the Mozilla Firefox homepage for my searches? For some reason I am now receiving "searchqu.com" in my browser window. I have the Firefox drop down menu of bookmarks, etc. Just the homepage now belongs to "searchqu.com" I'm very confused. Do I need to delete Firefox and reinstall it? Thank you for your help.
