You should also take a look at the article Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly). There is a lot of good troubleshooting information in there. I would also suggest starting Firefox in Safe Mode to see if it still crashes. If it doesn't crash in Safe Mode, you should look at Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.

I checked it out and they sent me a link to here and to post the crash number. It crashes even in safe mode. :/
