firefox has crashed, does not generate a crash report. On the crash report page when i click restart firefox it doesnt start and if i click quit firefox it closes automatically. Firefox cannot be started even after restarting the system or updating the windows.Please help

Can you start Firefox in Save mode (hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox)?

Do you see any submitted crash reports if you look in the "%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports" folder?

The "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K and the "AppData" folder in Vista/Windows 7 are hidden folders.
