Cross pens, Centurylink, Sears, etc. Before the upgrade, there was a small colored icon before the bookmark. Now, some have a dotted line square box with no color or icon and others have nothing at all before the bookmark.

You should take a look at this article that discusses some of the issues with the latest build of Firefox.

There is some information in there that should help you to resolve your issue. Luckily, it is a very easy fix.
