I have updated Firefox to 10.0.1. Now every time when I starts Firefox, it checks the add-ins and open mozila site and my homepage in tabbed manner as it does when install first time or when we update it.

Thank cor-el. I have tried lot of things and then I uninstalled firefox with all user preferences and I install a fresh copy. Now everything is god although I lost lot of bookmarks and login info :(
