firefox keeps telling me that "we noticed you have signed in or out in another window. click ok to reload your page" this usually happens on my homepage, please help

That issue can be caused by corrupted or leftover cookies that weren't cleared.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
