Problem Flash

Excuse me if my English is bad, it's because I'm French and I use Google Translate to speak English.
So I have a problem with playing videos youtube with flash for example.
When I viewed a HTML5 video player, it works perfectly. While the video when using the flash player, firefox plant. It remains blocked for 10 to 15 seconds, then release, and Laguer.
PS: I am running Windows 7 64 bit, Firefox 12.0

Try to update to Firefox 13 (www.getfirefox.com
And then, install Flash using http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_11_plugin_32bit.exe
Also, you can try to reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Have you tried Windows Update?
Click Start, select All Programs, select Windows Update.
There are two kind of updates: Important, or Optional. You can approve optional updates by clicking on the count of Optional Updates.
A list of Optional Updates will appear. Any item which describes a computer part should have checkmark, by you, and then click OK.
Finally, you can click Install Updates.

Does Firefox crash of only the Flash plugin?
Does it help if you disable hardware acceleration in the Flash player?

I just update firefox in 13, but the problem remains the same. Whenever there is a flash animation, firefox plant (rest stops, and then lag).
I did disable the settings as you said, but nothing.

Are you running Firefox 13.0.1? It has a few fixes related to Flash.

If you can't get Flash 11.3 to work and need to revert to Flash 11.2 then you can download the Flash 11.2 player via this direct link:

The bug is toujous this, but me with the latest version.
I test in google chrome and it works impeccable. Firefox why there is so much a bug with flash?
