---upgraded from vista to windows seven 64 bit---kept the settings---now firefox will not play any media from you tube or anywhere else--all plugins are up to date--java silverlight flash quick time etc. were reinstalled--browser reinstalled---browser reset---updated chipset---my other browsers such as chrome are fine---followed troubleshooting guide---i am in withdrawal---please help!---

Hi roland_lane, because you have RealPlayer see first :

Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

there is an issue with Shockwave Flash 11.3.300.257 and it seems to continue with 11.3.300.262, you can see also: Downgrade - Install Flash 10.3 or 11.2

Probably in the weekend released 13.0.2 to help with the uptake of the new Flash update.

---ok--i forgot about this and it's really annoying---when i go to book mark a video in firefox--it starts to play in the background--and there is no tab or window to shut down--so i end up restarting the browser---thanks--
