hello Batmann, mozilla is not responsible for the compatibility of third-party addons - norton's homepage states that their product is compatible with the latest version of firefox - you might have to apply all the updates in norton's LiveUpdate: https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton-support/jsp/help-solutions.jsp?ct=us&docid=kb20100720113635EN_EndUserProfile_en_us&lg=en&product=home&version=current&pvid=f-home
