I cannot open hyperlinks in outlook using Firefox. It might work for a few moments and then it doesn't.Sometimes it works when I exit and reopen Outlook. Help!
When clicking on a hyperlink in an email, nothing happens. Sometimes when I exit outlook and then reopen it, I might be able to open a hyperlink a couple of times and then it happens all over again!

You can check for problems with DDE.
Try to redo the default browser setting and temporarily set another browser like IE as the default browser.
So far so good since changing the default browser temporarily to IE and then back to Firefox. Hopefully, I don't see this issue again. Thank you .

Unfortunately, the problem still persists. It started up again and I still can't open hyperlinks in outlook 2010.
Can anyone help??? Thanks!
