The option is in the settings.
Accessing the settings depends on your phone. With Firefox open
- press the 3 dot/line button in the upper right
- select settings from the menu
or
- press the phones menu key
- select more
- select settings
Once in the settings the following steps are the same
- scroll to the bottom of the list of settings
- select import from Android.
