Hello,

I understand you want to remove the default Android browser after installing Firefox for Android.

Depending on your device this is most likely not possible. The device manufacturer makes some apps impossible to uninstall. Your only option would be to root your device. That will allow you to uninstall any app you like.

However you can make Firefox your default browser. See here

And one some devices you can hide apps that are impossible to uninstall. e.g. for the Galaxy s3:
