Borders between toolbars

I'd like to restore borders (or horizontal separators FF 3.6 style) between toolbars.

The following code doesn't give the 3d look.

  1. navigator-toolbox toolbar

{ border-bottom: 1px solid ThreeDShadow !important; -moz-appearance:none !important; }

I'd like to get the look in the screensoht.

Maybe something like this (you may need to add !important): 

#navigator-toolbox toolbar {
 margin-bottom: 1px;
 box-shadow: ThreeDShadow 0 -1px inset, -moz-dialog 0 1px;
}
