It was working fine this morning. This is our only working internet explorer so cannot access internet any other way. Firefox will not start up at all, keeps showing the crash screen. I have gone through various help options with your trouble shooter but nothing works. The crash id is: bp-a454aac0-cab4-41cb-a01b-d7a992140331. Had to send this from mobile. Thanks.

hello beetlebob, thanks for reporting with your crash ID. this kind of crash is caused by trusteer rapport, please see if you can solve it by updating that program to its latest version or else keep it disabled for the moment and contact trusteer's support: www.trusteer.com/support
