While launching Actuate Birt report, we are getting "A plugin is need to display this content", and there is no link to download the plugin. Same report is working fine with IE. Could you please some one help in resolving this issue.

Thansk, Aruna.

You seem to have all the standard plugins installed for Firefox, per your More System Details listing. Being that I have never heard of Birt before, I attempted to locate a Birt support resource. I found that I would need to register and probably need registered company name to be able to access Birt support.

Have you tried visiting Actuate support for help with their product?

Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?

Thanks edmeister for giving response. This is browser compatibility problem, which is already working with earlier FF22 versions and not working in above version. May be we need to do some configuration changes FF to make it compatible to render Birt report. I feel this is problem with rendering mime image/xml+svg format. If you have any workaround for rendering svg images in mozilla FF 22 and above versions please share the details.

Does that image display when you paste the URL of the SVG image in the location bar?

Are there any error messages about this image in the Browser Console or Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer)?
