No more add-on bar, some add-ons don't show up anymore because of it.

Due to the new update and the removal of the add-on bar that usually resided at the bottom (also known as the status bar) I have add-ons installed that work that no long show up AT ALL. It's not there in the new side icon thingie that you can click on, nor is it on any other bar available. I use this add-on ALL the time and would like to be able to use/see it but because of the new update I cannot. How do I resolve this? Or at least maybe put in an add-on bar that is moveable, so people who want to use it can and people who don't want to can just remove it or un-check it.

I am very displeased by this new update. I was actually really impressed with it up until the point I was unable to get to any of the add-ons that I use but no longer show up at all.

I hadn't realised that I could temporarily display the Addon bar, then drop the addon icons onto the customize area so that they are available from the menu drop down. Works well and looks very neat to me.
