Won't go past the start page, even after reseting
I try to go onto firefox, firefox starts, however it won't even go past the start page. I've tried a number of different things and nothing seems to work. I've tried a few different websites and nothing, it says it's loading but then remains on the same page.

hello, often such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions: Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox
If that does not help, try to
Start Firefox in Safe Mode
While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General.
Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
