I’m the webmaster for three sites and have been for years. Never had any trouble logging in to my sites until last Thursday. Suddenly, when using Firefox to login, I got the message “incorrect email or password” I tried changing my password via the normal route. When I clicked the “can’t log in” button, it buffered for a while and then a box came up saying “an error occurred while attempting to send recovery instructions.” I also tried clearing my cache and rebooting. Nothing changed. I just tried to login to another site I use frequently. Same thing happened. But they all work just fine if I login through Chrome. Any thoughts on what to do?
