Some how my info is all gone and nothing works including any of help suggestions. I don't think this is even firefox it is more like msn. I keep downloading Firefox and it crashes. I don't know how to fix any of this. I can't even get to see how firefox has looked since maybe 2001. My upper toolbar is all different. It is all wrong and I can't find my hundreds of book marks are all gone. I can see maybe 10 bookmarks but not from firefox.
