For the past few months, I've been getting this error and been searching for possible solutions. None of which have worked. I am also not using Kaspersky AV. With this, I'm asking if there's anything else I can do.

Here are the solutions I've tried: 1. Troubleshoot mode / disabling add ons 2. New profile 3. Clearing cache / cookies / dns 4. Changing "DNS over HTTPS" & proxy settings 5. Disabling firewall / AV / VPN 6. Chrome loads the site but I do not want to resort to this. Using developer mode browser does not work either for firefox.

When access https://www.anaf.ro and go to Certificate login i have redirect to https://login.anaf.ro/my.policy and i receive error: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to login.anaf.ro. SSL peer was unable to negotiate an acceptable set of security parameters. Error code: SSL_ERROR_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE_ALERT

I am using standard tracking protection, i checked Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode, i cleared cookies, nothing work.

I received the following error message when trying to connect with a site which I have been using for several years. The advice below the error message directs me to contact the site owner, but I can't do so if Firefox will not let me access the site. What to do?
