Hi, With ctrl+maj+del, you are able to delete everything cache cookies and such.. but is it possible to delete everything but speed dials or at least pinned speed dials ?

Why is my credit card blocked on my favourite shopping site? Everything was fine until the end of December. My cards are not blocked by the bank or Visa or Mastercard. I've checked many times. A site I haven't used for 6 months isn't a problem. How do I correct this? Thanks for reading this. I hope you can help. I appreciate that you are here. Marcia Green

Sun 19jan25 Firefox icon on my desktop disappeared!!! I copied an icon from its file extension but is is just a PLAIN icon WITHOUT the FOX ;-( how can I do an icon with the Fox picture? Pl help :-)

I'm trying to move my profile from one PC to another because i have many opened tabs that i would like transferred upon opening the browser on the new PC. When attempting to transfer the profile from my external drive to the new PC, I receive the error "Destination Path too Long. The file names would be too long for the destination folder".

Recently factory resetted my PC due to performance issues. Installed brand new firefox browser and logged in my accounts but when I synced it didn't sync any Bookmarks or Passwords. Mobile browser still has it so I was wondering how to transfer those to my Desktop firefox. I dont know why sync doesnt work with mobile -> desktop but vice versa it worked oddly enough. Any fixes or solutions?

the sites that I open in Firefox take some part of the theme applied to the browser and this prevents me from seeing the elements of the site (the screenshot should have a white background)

I am having difficulties opening certain web site or click on emails to open a web page. I have been copying the addresses and pasting in Chrome to successfully open these websites. I have been a Firefox user for many years and never had this problem. I an using Windows 11 64 bit.

Hello I installed Windows some time ago, after that when I installed Firefox and added my account to it, none of my data was there, even though I had backed up a lot of passwords, bookmarks and add-ons. Now I have to check if I have any data. Syncing is not happening. Please check my account and help me recover my data.

have a MacBook Pro early 2011, i updated the browser, due to system limitations, i am unable to open new Firefox browser. I need to access bookmarks from old Firefox browser. Hello I have problem with my account and copies of bookparks and passwords. I have account, and i had synhronizated all of my bookmarks and password. Unfortunatly i had problem with my coputer and i must reinstall the oparating system (Windows). After that, I logged again but I don't have any copies of bookmarks nad passwords. Is it possible to get a coppy of my old account (before 13.01) if you have it on your servers ?

I recently had to buy two new laptops. I loaded FF but now I have no bookmarks on the address bar. Ive read many of the support articles but can't find anyway to revert back to the far more useful version (the one that worked before). This is causing many other problems on trying to load Windows 11 on the two and then try to load Firefox.

I saw a notice on this 3rd laptop )that hasn't been downgraded to the latest version) this is the beta version. Frankly. when I found the problem originally I thought I had a virus or Trojan on my system. I need the bookmarks easily accessed since I use them constantly to visit the sites most important to my work.

If this is Beta then you have one very irate user that it simply changed most of Firefox's settings without notice or recourse. So my question is simply this: is there a way to reload FF on these two new units with the vastly superior previous versions? PLEASE give users the original settings so that they can choose which they need.
