For some HTML controls (input, select, button, textarea and etc...), when border style is set to be solid, it is invisible under high contrast mode - because it has same color with the background...

Hi tom.chen, You can check out the customization settings for this in the Options menu under Content. You can specify for websites that do this to not override the selected preferences in this menu as well.
