Having done everything possible, why won't firefox download?
Hi. I have a Dell Inspiron running on Windows 8 (not 8.1). When I get as far as the download page it simply won't download. Nothing freezes, it just won't download. I've gone via different support sites, run malware, turned off firewalls and antivirus, but nothing works. I downloaded it onto my pc (also running Windows 8) with no problem. Please can you help? If you want to download firefox please visit this link and follow the instruction which will really help you out as you may be skipping few step and after that do reply on the forum.

Try this instead:
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
You may have to disable your anti-virus software temporarily if the problem persists.
