As the title says, how do I report a bug in an add-on or if one add-on is incompatible with another add-on to the add-on developer(s)?

There is a support forum on the Add-ons website for issues with extensions.
You can also contact the author/creator of the extension as you can find on its Add-ons web page to inform them about issues with their extension.
