Hi IGOR, There are alot of default features for scrolling in Firefox for android, but they are under the hood of the application in the about:config page. Does this happen on pages with Flash player embedded in them? The more current reasons why Flash may not work is if the phone/tablet has a Intel cpu and not a ARMv7 or v6 type of cpu that old Flash 11.1 for Android supports.. And if you have Android 4.1 or newer you need Firefox 27.0 and newer. However if it is not, please open a bug with the device model and about:buildconfig page information as well as an example website where this happens all the time.
