I have 27 firefox windows open with a grand total of 141 tabs. Some times the input is directed to the wrong window. I will click refresh and it will refresh the first tab in a window, but not the tab I am on. Apparently this also happens when I try and use the mouse wheel or the up and down arrow to scroll a page. Some times it works correctly on 1 window, but when I switch to another scrolling stops working. Usually rebooting the computer helps, but I should not have to do that.
