Cant get online. Keep getting mozilla crash reporter. How to fix?
Everytine I try to get online thru firefox on my home computer, I get the same error message:
Were sorry firefox had a problem and crashed. Well try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts. I check the box for Tell Mozilla about this crash so they can fix. I enter my enail address so you can contact me. However I havent recvd a reply yet. Been going on for several days now. Please tell me what to do. Thank you

What kind of system is it, Windows or Mac?
Try starting Firefox in its Safe Mode.
Windows: hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox
Mac: hold down the option key when starting Firefox
A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).
Can you get Firefox to run? If so, please go to the about:crashes page and get the crash report IDs that can help us view your crash reports. The lst section of this article describes the steps: "Firefox Crashes"
If you restart your phone are you able to start Firefox? If that allows you to start Firefox would you visit about:crashes and then reply with the crash IDs?
If restarting does not fix the crashes please email me at my forum user name at mozilla dot com with the email address you used in submitting the crashes so that I can look them up.
