Firefox hangs while loading content and I must move mouse even though I have tried all the fixes including reset, safe mode, check add-ons for V33.1.
It does not matter what I am trying to load, from opening emails to shopping sites to watching cbs programming. The problem started a little over a week ago and I have tried the measures indicated in my question. I have also taken my computer to a national computer fix-it outlet and they were not sure what to do. The problem does not happen when I use Internet Explorer but I truly prefer Mozilla. Can you help?
