sent emails not saved
sent, archives & template folders are all light grey & when I send an email it doesn't go to the sent folder. I have tried in copies & folders but still no go. Also there is a lot of info on incoming & outgoing emails in the area of from, to, sunject. can anyone help.

This is a duplicate question, which you posted only two hours prior. Please do not create unnecessary duplicate questions unless they are several weeks apart and may have been missed the first time.
