I can't get Firefox to syn on my new computer & have tried all the troubleshooting

I downloaded & installed Firefox on my new laptop. I sign in to sync & it says it's going to start but nothing happens. What can I do

Hi nedraspyro, You may have to remove the account an sign in one more time from accounts.firefox.com. Then try Tools > Sync Now.

If there are any error messages please take note of them and we can investigate further.
