Send & Address Book have disappeared fro my email write menu and I don't know how to get them back so that I can sent a email to my students. Please help me.

Open a Write window. Do you have a Menu Bar with File-Edit-View etc? If not press the alt key to make it appear. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on. Send is on the Composition Toolbar. Press F9 to toggle the Contact Sidebar back on. You can also turn the contact sidebar on from the View menu.
