Firefox crashes
Firefox crashes each time it is opened. The crash is immediate, after the home page opens. I am unable to get onto the page in any manner, even in safe mode. I have deleted and reloaded the browser, and updated all plugins. The last reported crash ID was- Crash ID: bp-a018c617-60ac-43d8-9389-f7abd2150301. Can you provide any assistance to resolve this issue. Thanks.

You can check for corrupted and duplicate fonts and other font issues:

You can check if you can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key.
Already have been to the lab, couldn't find a font problem. Have tried to start firefox in safe mode, still crashes immediately after start page is open.
