I recently refreshed mozilla on my pc and now cannot download word docs from my email
i had a message come up on screen firefox seems to be slow and to click a box to fix. I then clicked more to refresh firefox.
now in my email - virginmedia.com
i cannot open any attachments sent to me and its driving me nuts as some are very important.
can you help please?
