I can't reply to emails because there suddenly isn't a "send" button. I can start a new email and send - just not for reply. I tried the other suggestions that I found here like getting rid of add-ons and restarting Firefox. And I tried to find the "Composition Toolbar" but my only options under "View" - "Toolbars" - is "Menu Bar" or "Bookmarks Toolbar". Some other suggestions were to go to "Composition Toolbar". Can someone tell me how to find the "Composition Toolbar"? Or can someone help me find the missing send button? Thank you!
