Our Thunderbird email crashed and will not let us send or notify you.
Only option is the error message screen which you cannot send the error or notify. Basically cannot open thunderbird. It does however work on the laptop however all of our older stuff is on the desktop.

What does the error screen say ??
If it is the crash reporter, please post your crash ID using instructions at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-crash-reporter#w_viewing-crash-reports
