Can't export my contacts from Thunderbird - get a blank file
I can't export my contacts from Thunderbird. I open the adressbook, select all adressbooks and the select export. I get a blank file, csv or txt.

Hopefully you are selecting an address book and not leaving it on All Address Books.
oops, thank you very much for this easy solution... ;-)
The addition of All Books is another non useful feature that only causes confusion. Poor design by the Thunderbird developers in my opinion. Please mark this one solved if you are back working. Thanks.
