Messages: Create Filter From Message... not working
When I choose "Create Filter From Message..." from the "Message" menu item, nothing happens. It used to bring up a new filter dialog with the info from the current message already filled in.

Hold shift while starting Thunderbird and continue in safe mode.
Does it still not work?
Tried starting in safe mode and it still doesn't work.
