I want to know because I am creating a backup system and have included C:/Users/<name>/Contacts, which seems sensible. However, that file has only 44 KB and two files, which implies that it is empty. Actually, I have never used Windows 7's Contacts and don't know how to. The only use I have for keeping contact is to send and receive emails in Thunderbird (mine has a very big Address Book) and I have never knowingly used the C: drive's Contacts. Therefore: 1- Am I wasting my time backing up the C: drive's Contacts? I know how to export Thunderbird's Address Book as LDF or Comma Delimited and could manually back that up. 2- Would that be the best way to backup all my contacts (as mentioned above, that means my Thunderbird Address Book).
