How to get profile information restored
Have Mac OS 10.6.8 Instructions for getting to Profile without opening Firefox say click on Finder and on Library. No Library listed on Finder page. Downloaded new Firefox, but same error message---profile not available. Have Old Firefox Data folder on desktop, but don't know what to do with it.
Basic problem is error message: Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.
