After installing v41, I'm no more hear sound for facebook chat messages anymore.
After installing Firefox version 41, I'm no more hear sound for incoming Facebook chat messages.
How to fix this? (sound works fine in Chrome browser)

Hello there,
Have you tried reinstalling Flash Player? If not, you can go ahead and uninstall Flash from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
After successfully uninstalling Flash you can then reinstall and see if the issue still persists.

Thanks for the reply. None of above resolved the problem for me.
When I play you tube videos or Facebook videos, they give sound correctly in Firefox. Only Facebook chat sound is missing. (Chat sound already enabled in Facebook)
