Ever since I upgraded to vs. 41 of Firefox, websites will not load. I tried accessing the HUD government website and going to Section 8 Housing and get: "page cannot load. It might have been reset." I have tried several times day and night for the past week and get the same thing. I tried going to Georgia Power account yesterday to pay my bill and after signing in, clicked on pay bill. It kept spinning above and wouldn't take me to pay. Are these being blocked somehow? I am on a windows 8.1 desktop computer. Thanks.
