When logging into some websites like PayPal and TD Bank, I get garbage characters all over my screen when trying to go to pages with my personal information. This does NOT happen with Internet Explorer.

Type about:preferences#content<enter> in the address bar. Across from fonts and colors, press the Advanced button. On the bottom, turn on Allow Web Sites To Choose Their Own.
