I'm trying to add a 2nd gmail email account and it keeps telling me username/password is wrong. Also getting message from google saying it blocked the attempt to from an app that doesn't meet modern security standards.

Use 'OAuth2' as 'Authentication type' in the account settings for your Gmail account or when setting up the account.
