Why do I receive bulk emails with my email address as the sender?
I receive numerous bulk emails (ads) that show in my inbox as sent from my own email address. how can I prevent this?

Hi bargoz.
In fact you cannot do too much. As e-mails work, anyone can send an e-mail with your address as a sender.
If you experience this problem, I would suggest to change your mailbox password (to make sure nobody has access there) and contact you mailbox provider, what options can you set on their site or servers.
