there are mails on gmail which are not getting downloaded in thunderbird. this happens randomly a lot of times. i have screenshots also. but they are not getting attached with this complaint, some issue with your site. there are various problems i am facing. same email id is configured on 2 different machines, one receives a new mail, the other machine does not. mails sent from one id are being received by 1 out of 3 people but the other 2 cannot get any mail from that id, it is not in spam also.

three using the same email....
Turn off the device that is getting email and see what happens. My guess is someone has set the check for mail to like 1 minutes and one machine is connected all the time so the others just do not get all the mail. It might be all are set to this silly short time.
Make sure check for mail is set to say 10 minutes.
