I am trying to make changes to Firefox. It says to click on the OPEN MENU icon and then click on SETTINGS, but SETTINGS does NOT appear as one of my options. Need to know HOW to put he link in the OPEN MENU box.

Options is what you are looking for in the Menu Panel.
